General Terms and Conditions

1- RESERVATION
The reservation is only confirmed after the customer has sent the deposit and received confirmation by e-mail or telephone from our company.

2- PAYMENT
In order to confirm the booking, 30% or 50% of the total rental fee (standard rate, short stay, weekly, fortnightly or monthly rate) or 100% (non-refundable rate) will be required to be paid directly to The Family Nest S.R.L.S. via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer (on request) to the IBAN received by email from our staff. The balance can be paid up to the day before arrival by PayPal, credit card, bank transfer (on request). Payments by cheque and cash are not accepted.

3- CANCELLATION
For standard, short stay, weekly, fortnightly or monthly rates, in the event of cancellation by the applicant up to 4 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be returned. From 0 to 3 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be returned.

In case of lockdown or government restrictions that do not allow your arrival at the chosen location, the deposit will be returned.

4- ARRIVAL
CASA EVA: Check-in will take place at the flats located via Acceptus 1, Siponto (Manfredonia) 71043 (FG). Arrival must take place on the appointed day between 13.30 and 17.00. In case of delay, please promptly inform The Family Nest S.R.L.S. staff. Otherwise the flat will be kept available only for the next 2 days after which it can be re-rented with the consequences for the Client as per point 3. Upon arrival, the identity documents of all persons occupying the flat must be presented for registration.

CASETTA CON VISTA (Cottage with a view): Check-in will take place at the flat located via Borghel 53, 31029 Vittorio Veneto (TV). Arrival must take place on the established day between 15.30 and 19.00. In case of delay, please inform The Family Nest S.R.L.S. staff as soon as possible. Otherwise the flat will be kept available only for the next 2 days after which it can be re-rented with the consequences for the Client as per point 3. Upon arrival, the identity documents of all persons occupying the flat must be presented for registration.

5- RULES OF RESIDENCE
It is forbidden to accommodate more people than the number of beds indicated in our offer. It is expressly forbidden to sublet the rented property to third parties.
Pets are allowed on request and a surcharge may be applied. All guests are obliged to comply with the house rules and to scrupulously observe the rules regarding peace and quiet, particularly in the afternoon and at night.
At the end of the lease, guests are obliged to return the keys of the property to The Family Nest S.R.L.S.
The tenant (Client) shall be obliged to report any defects in the property and/or furnishings within 24 hours from the handing over of the keys: in the absence of a report within that period, any damage shall then be charged to the tenant.
In the event of early return of the property, no reimbursement and/or compensation for damages shall be due to the tenant.

6- EQUIPMENT OF THE FLATS
All flats are delivered fully furnished and provided with standard equipment. Bed linen, towels, as well as tablecloths, tea towels, silverware, crockery, pots and pans and a hairdryer are provided.

7- DEPARTURE
The flat must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the appointed day. Departure must take place at the scheduled time in order to allow the staff to check the apartment.
The flat must be left tidy, with the garbage well sorted and the dishes washed.

8- TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL
The city tax in the municipality of Manfredonia is 1.00 Euro per person and per overnight stay up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, children under 14 years are exempt from payment.

Children from 0 to 5 years old do not pay. From 6 years old and up will be considered full rate.
Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival.

Non-Refundable:
To confirm the booking 100% of the total rental fee will be required to be paid directly to The Family Nest S.R.L.S. via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer (on request) to the IBAN received by message or email from our staff. In case of cancellation the amount cannot be refunded.
Children from 0 to 5 years old do not pay. From 6 years old and up will be considered full rate.
